Many people have already shared these sentiments in the last 48 hours, but they bear repeating:

Look up your local mutual aid and organizing groups and then join them.
If you can’t donate time and/or money, share information.

Amplify marginailized and minority voices.

Find abortion funds, fund abortion funds. Abortion is healthcare.

Commit to helping those in at-risk communities and within your own communities.

To quote my dear friend Marc, “in the last two to three years I have seen the worst things happen to the people I love and in those same moments watch what community looks like in action. I have seen us move heaven and earth for each other, consistently. . .I want to keep watching the kiddos and puppies grow and know that people before me have been through so much worse and I’m built to thrive because I am here now. And all we have is right now.”

In other words, we got us.
